Global Movements in Solidarity with Venezuela in the Face of the U.S. Criminal Blockade

In a communiqué, the Pan-African Movement for Latin America strongly condemned the criminal economic blockade by the United States against the Venezuelan people, and expressed their unwavering support for the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.

The document was disseminated through the website of the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs, which states that the U.S. government has no justification for meddling in the internal affairs of the countries of the world.

On August 5, Donald Trump’s administration stepped up unilateral coercive measures against Bolivar’s homeland, with the intention of overthrowing the government and the president of the Bolivarian Republic from Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, as well as hitting the nation’s economy.
