It is difficult to overstate the slyness, arrogance and cynicism of the economic and political leadership of the Western Bloc countries in North America, Europe and their Pacific allies. Their economic, political and moral betrayal of their peoples has been definitive. For the rest of the world, the main concern is how much global military destruction the Western Bloc ancient regime will inflict as it seeks to mitigate its inevitable decline.
