International NGO’s Conceal Imperialist War Crimes In Côte d’Ivoire
CÔTE D’IVOIRE : Les organisations internationales : Human Right Watch , Amnesty International … des outils efficaces d’accompagnement des actions de l’impérialisme occidental

Elles sont nombreuses, ces organisations internationales qui ont aujourd’hui envahi notre existence de toutes parts. Depuis l’ONU elle-même et toutes les organisations sous sa coupe, jusqu’à toutes les autres organisations d’obédience internationale, qu’elles soient gouvernementales ou non, elles nous ont fait miroiter l’espoir d’être des forces à même d’incliner à plus de liberté, plus de justice, l’espoir de plus de bonheur sur la terre. UNESCO, UNICEF, Organisation mondiale de la Santé, Organisation mondiale du commerce, Amnesty International, Human Right Watch, Reporters sans Frontières, Médecins sans frontières…, toutes ces organisations, qui se présentent comme des institutions au secours des opprimés et des plus démunis de la terre, ont démontré ces dernières années, du moins avons-nous fini par comprendre, qu’elles ne sont en réalité que des structures d’accompagnement de l’impérialisme des occidentaux à travers le monde.
Le plus grave aujourd’hui, c’est que les Africains, de tous les milieux, leur accordent tant de crédit qu’elles se retrouvent souvent en première ligne de ce sur quoi l’on compte pour se sauver des griffes des prédateurs de toutes sortes sur le continent africain. Et pourtant, les actions sur le terrain de ces organisations, malgré toutes sortes de manipulations, auront eu raison de la réticence de ceux qui s’obstinent à ignorer la collusion de ces institutions avec les bourreaux des plus faibles, partout dans le monde. Il est reconnu que la vérité, quoi qu’on fasse, finit toujours par vaincre les mensonges les mieux protégés. On a vu, en tout cas en Côte d’Ivoire, la part prépondérante que ces organisations internationales ont eue dans les crimes que l’occident, à travers la France, a conduits dans notre pays. Le rôle de ces organisations internationales est apparu à deux niveaux.
1. Le mutisme cynique des organisations internationales sur les crimes.
La guerre de la France contre la Côte d’Ivoire depuis de nombreuses années a montré à l’Ivoirien lambda combien il était illusoire de compter sur les organisations internationales. De nombreux témoins ont vu à Bouaké et ailleurs dans les zones où sévissaient les rebelles armés par la France à travers le Burkina Faso, des membres des institutions internationales regarder sans broncher des assassins exécuter sommairement, par dizaines, des gendarmes et des civils désarmés. Les agents de ces organisations ont vu et auraient même filmé avec une certaine excitation sadique ( ? !) des criminels éventrer des femmes enceintes. Leur statut de neutralité de principe leur permettait d’aller partout, être témoins des moindres barbaries des rebelles. Ils ont tout vu, et les rares rescapés des tueries espéraient d’eux que l’horreur soit révélée au monde, afin qu’elle fût arrêtée. Les organisations internationales, les Reporter sans frontières, UNICEF et consorts sont restées muettes ! On a détruit des écoles et brûlé des dispensaires : l’UNESCO, l’OMS et consorts n’ont proféré aucune parole de dénonciation, pas même de simple information en direction de la nébuleuse appelée « Communauté Internationale ». La Côte d’Ivoire a été malmenée de la manière la plus ignoble sans qu’une seule de ces organisations internationales se sente concernée. Evidemment il ne fallait pas gêner la France dans sa guerre contre ce petit pays du sud qu’est la Côte d’Ivoire! Ce n’est que plus tard, lorsque la France a monté son coup de l’assassinat du pauvre journaliste Guy-André Kiefer que Reporter sans frontière a commencé à donner de la voix, pour traiter notre pays de tous les noms. On les verra par la suite s’exciter pour alimenter le mensonge en faveur de la France, pays occidental contre nous.
2. Les rapports fantaisistes des organisations internationales.
La Côte d’Ivoire ploie depuis de nombreuses années sous les crimes de toutes sortes. La résistance farouche des Ivoiriens a contraint les bourreaux à jeter les masques et à mettre dans la danse tous leurs atouts. Alors l’ONU et toutes les organisations internationales entrèrent en branle, pour casser la pauvre Côte d’Ivoire. « Le machin de New York » n’a pas hésité à donner dans le non sens, au mépris de ses propres textes, avec son coréen de service Choï aux ordres de son compatriote Ban Ki Moon, pour s’ériger en organisateur d’élections chez nous et, suprême malhonnêteté, a proclamer qu’il était inacceptable que soient recomptées les voix des votants. Simplement parce que cela mettrait à nu l’incroyable fraude électorale que subissaient les Ivoiriens par la France avec l’ONU comme bras séculier. Ensuite les autre organisations internationales entrèrent en jeu pour, qui avec des observateurs sans honneur, qui par des déclarations farfelues, pour enfoncer notre pays dans le chaos. Et on vint nous bombarder avec l’aval de l’ONU, « pour nous protéger ! » On a actionné, après, la CPI pour boucler la boucle, en s’assurant que des rapports malhonnêtes allaient permettre à cette juridiction d’oppression de petits pays de parfaire le coup. Et bien sûr, les Amnesty International et autres Human right watch, sont entrés en jeu pour jouer leur partition, qui consiste à pondre des rapport dirigés pour l’objectif préconçu. Comme il devenait impossible de cacher les crimes des serviteurs de l’occident contre la Côte d’Ivoire, ces bons agents des institutions internationales ont trouvé l’astuce d’attribuer « des exactions dans les deux camps !» La belle trouvaille qui fait que pour condamner les protégés de la France et de l’ONU, les protégés de l’occident, il faudra condamner également ceux qui en réalité ne sont que les victimes.
Voilà ce que nous subissons avec ces organisations internationales. Et le pire c’est que nombre d’entre nous n’arrêtent pas de les considérer comme le secours idoines pour échapper à nos bourreaux qui, hélas, sont aussi leurs employeurs. Peut-être faut-il comprendre que nous n’avons guère le choix ! Je me permets, pourtant, de dire qu’aussi longtemps que nous nous résignerons à subir l’occident, nous rendrons plus difficile la nécessaire bataille de notre libération. Ce n’est point du bourreau que vient la libération, mais de la réelle conscience de l’opprimé du fait que lui seul détient la clé de son salut.

There are many of these international organizations that have now invaded our lives on all sides. Since the UN itself and all organizations under its control, until all other international organizations of obedience, whether governmental or not, they have dangled the hope of being able forces to tilt to greater freedom, more justice, hope for more happiness on earth. UNESCO, UNICEF, World Health Organization, World Trade Organization, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Reporters Without Borders, Doctors Without Borders …, all these organizations, which present themselves as institutions to help the oppressed and the poorest land, have demonstrated in recent years, at least we have finally understood, they are really just supporting structures of Western imperialism around the world.
The worst now is that Africans, from all backgrounds, give them credit as they are often at the forefront of that on which we account to save themselves from the clutches of predators of all kind on the African continent. Yet the actions on the ground of these organizations, despite all kinds of manipulations, have been given the reluctance of those who persist in ignoring the collusion of these institutions with the executioners of the lowest anywhere in the world. It is recognized that truth, whatever you do, always ends up defeating the lies the better protected. We saw, at least in the Ivory Coast, a large majority that these organizations have had in the crimes that the west, through France, led to our country. The role of these organizations appeared at two levels.
1. The silence of international organizations cynical about the crimes.
The war of France against the Ivory Coast for many years showed the Ivorian lambda how it was unrealistic to rely on international organizations.
